Rolling Hills Library Chess & Checkers Club

Rolling Hills Library Belt Branch has a Chess & Checkers Club that meets every 1st and 3rd Thursday at 6 p.m. You do not need to register to participate, just bring your game face and be ready to have some strategic fun! Beginners are welcome. Kids should be accompanied by an adult.

The Library is Moving!

The Belt Branch of the Rolling Hills Library will be closing for the last time on Sunday, March 15th and reopening at our new Riverside Branch later this spring. To get ready for this move, there will be NO programming at the Belt Branch in March or April, which means NO chess club. Our friends at the East Hills Branch of the St. Joseph Public Library have graciously stepped into the gap. Throughout March and April, there will be a Chess Club hosted by St. Joseph Public Library at the East Hills Branch on our usual first and third Thursday schedule at 6pm, as well as the first Thursday in May. The new Riverside Branch of the Rolling Hills Library will have its Grand Opening on Saturday, May 9th and programming will resume after that. The first Chess & Checkers Club in the new Library will be on May 21st.
